How are the bottles packed to ensure they don't get dented or scratched during shipping? We treat your drinkware with absolute care! Every OpalineArc tumbler is individually wrapped in a protective mesh anti-scratch sleeve, nestled inside its custom cylindrical presentation box, and shipped inside a rigid, double-walled corrugated outer carton. We guarantee your order arrives completely scratch-free, dent-free, and pristine.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your haul leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your package straight to your doorstep.

Materials, Maintenance & Performance

Are OpalineArc products completely BPA-free and safe for hot liquids? Yes, 100%. Safety is our absolute foundation. All OpalineArc tumblers, bottles, lids, and straw accessories are strictly non-toxic, 100% BPA-free, BPS-free, and phthalate-free. Our pro-grade stainless steel interior handles boiling liquids perfectly without melting chemical liners or releasing harmful toxins.

Can I wash my OpalineArc flask in the dishwasher? To preserve the premium powder-coated exterior luster and ensure the longevity of the vacuum seal, we highly recommend hand-washing all insulation bodies with warm, soapy water and a soft bottle brush. Lids and straws are top-rack dishwasher safe. Avoid using abrasive steel wool pads or harsh bleaching agents.

Will the exterior paint scratch, peel, or sweat when filled with ice? Never. We utilize a specialized, high-durability powder coat finish that is baked directly onto the steel surface. This creates a textured, slip-resistant grip that resists chipping, scratching, and peeling. Because of our vacuum insulation core, the outer wall stays at room temperature, completely preventing any condensation or surface sweat.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy? We want you to sip from our drinkware with absolute joy! For strict personal hygiene and food-contact safety regulations, we accept returns only on completely unused, un-filled, and unwashed drinkware in its original, pristine condition and factory-sealed packaging with all product labels fully intact within 30 days of delivery.
